Miniature Silver Mothers Cross Brooch, reverse is marked "L/60" for Gebrüder Cosack of Neheim-Hüsten, accompanied by its original presentation box, constructed in cardboard covered in dark maroon faux leather exterior. The interior of the lid is stamped with “LDO” for Leistungsgemeinschaft Deutscher Ordenhersteller (Guild of German Awards Manufacturers), with a golden-yellow felt medal bed, measuring 62mm x 62mm, in extremely fine condition.
