A Ortsgruppen Brownshirt with the rank of Stützpunktleiter. This rank existed circa 1934 to when the final pattern insignia was introduced in 1939. The single gold bar collar tabs indicating Stützpunktleiter. Piped in Orts blue, this brownshirt retains the correct gilted eagle /swastika buttons for this rank.
